Kelly N. Baggett received her BFA in Visual Arts from the University of Texas at Austin, her MLIS for Library and Information Science from Wayne State University in Detroit, and currently studying for her Master for Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Texas at Arlington. Employed as an Innovation Coordinator for the City, she resides in Fort Worth, TX. She is influenced by emerging technologies, pop-surrealism, world travels, and the quirky maker community. When not reading or making stuff, you can find her kayaking, writing on her iPad, gardening with hydroponics, or hiking with her border collie.
